310 Limerdige Rd W, Hamilton
Roque Enterprises started 310 Limeridge Rd W in November of 2016. The approximately 33,800 square foot plaza was a removal of existing two ply modified roof system. A Soprema two ply roof system is being installed. It was determined that water management issues as well as parapet wall issues needed to be addressed. New parapet walls were installed and the existing rotten parapet was removed. Also several drains and drain sumps were added as a need upgrade to the water management system.

Barton St.
Barton St. is a construction of three condominiums located on Barton St. in Hamilton. Working with Don Victoria Homes, Roque Enterprises is installing an IKO two ply roofing system. Roque Enterprises is installing a corrugated siding wall system from Agway Metals.

805 Concession St
At 805 Concession Roque Enterprises removed a four ply roofing system and installed a new Soprema two ply roofing system. Working with Laks Inc property management to ensure that there was no disruptions to the apartments tenants. This project was completed
